RVA311 Central Municipal Portal

The Salvation Army of Central Virginia

Administers EnergyShare (up to $300 cooling crisis) & MetroCare (water/gas). Requires formal cut-off notice. Apply online via the "Get Help" button to join the utility waitlist.
