Anchored in our hope in Christ, the Northside Outreach Center (NOC) unites compassionate believers to bring holistic, enduring change to the Highland Park community.
How We Started
The NOC was established in 2004 by Butch Johnson, and is an on-the-ground non-profit organization in Richmond, Virginia’s Highland Park neighborhood.
Thrift Store
Our thrift store serves the community by selling gently used clothing and home goods at community-appropriate prices. All proceeds go towards further ministry work.
Food Pantry
The NOC food pantry is open on the third (sometimes fourth) Saturday of each month and is accessible to those in the Greater Metro Richmond area.
